How to get here. The municipality of Poio is ideally situated in Galicia to enjoy the Rías Baixas, located less than an hour from two airports (Vigo and Santiago), connected to the AP-9 motorway and less than ten minutes from the train and bus stations of the city of Pontevedra. You can even travel here by sea through the Combarro Marina.
The main route is the PO-308 coastal road, which begins in Ponte da Barca (Pontevedra) and passes through Poio, heading towards Sanxenxo, O Grove and A Toxa. One of the most popular tourist regions of Galicia.

By Air:
Vigo airport is 30 minutes away on the AP-9 motorway.
Santiago airport is less than an hour away, also on the AP-9.
By Road:
From SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA (65 km).
Take the AP-9 motorway towards Pontevedra, then continue along the PO-308 to Poio.
From A CORUÑA (133 km).
Take the AP-9 motorway to Pontevedra and from there continue along the PO-308 to Poio.
From LUGO (163 km).
Motorways: Take the A-54 towards Santiago and continue along the AP-9 towards Pontevedra and finally take the PO-308 to Poio.
From OURENSE (120km). Motorways: Take the AP-52 motorway towards Vigo, then the AP-9 towards Pontevedra to connect with the PO-308 to Poio.
From VIGO: Vigo is just over 30 km away and is connected to Pontevedra by the AP-9 motorway. Then, once again, take the PO-308 to your destination in Poio.
By Sea:
There are three fishing ports in the municipality, in the parishes of Raxó, Campelo and Combarro. Combarro also has a new yachting marina.

- Parking in San Salvador (Ánkar Park, Lourido beach)
- Parking in San Xoán (A Seca)
- Parking in Combarro (Paseo de As Redeiras, Combarro Yacht Club car park (paid) and outside Chancelas School)
- Parking in Samieira (near the parish church)
- Parking in Raxó (near the parish church and the Xaime Illa Cultural Centre)
Another option is the Motor Home Parking Area in A Seca, situated in the recreational area by the sea.
